MEET THE OWNER & LEARN HOW HE STARTED
As a professional care provider for more than 10 years, I know the difficulty of finding good help. I started this company after struggling to find a reliable and affordable way to get my brother, who is diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy, to his reoccurring doctor’s appointments.
Public transportation services were inconvenient, uncompassionate and didn’t have the patience required to work with non-traditional passengers. Local NEMT providers were either too expensive, unprofessional, or made my loved-one feel like a package rather than a person.
I had to do something!
I began taking time off work so I could personally drive him but it didn’t take long to realize my “client” wasn’t the only patient unhappy with the transportation industry. Given my lifetime experience working with people with disabilities and seniors alike, I knew I had the essential qualities needed to help those in need.
I decided my successful sales career would never provide the fulfillment of serving people who need someone to be there for them. I chose to become the change I wanted to see and became an owner-operator. HAPPY2HELP is more than just a business name. It’s who I’ve always been.
