If this is your first time time using our service we will email email an invoice for the deposit within 48hrs of confirming the reservation. Once your trip is completed, we will use the existing card on file to charge the remaining balance.
Returning clients, we will charge the existing card on file.
We welcome one loved one or caregiver to ride along FOR FREE! There is a $15 charge for each additional passenger.
Don’t worry, this is normal. If you’re having surgery please ask the staff to call 619-885-3737 WHEN YOU’RE HEADED TO RECOVERY (usually 30 minutes before you’ll be ready to go home). If you have the ability to call us directly, please call 619-885-3737 when you’re ready for pickup.
As a medical transport provider, we’re here for these types of scenarios. Generally speaking, the one-way trip home is $25. Please visit our pricing page for more details.
The wheelchair-accessible option refers to our ability to transport you or your loved one in a vehicle specially outfitted to accommodate wheelchair bound passengers. Meaning, the passenger can safely travel while staying in their wheelchair throughout the trip.
Yes, as medical transport providers we work with clients who require various levels of assistance. Amongst them, we have experience helping individuals who struggle with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Generally no, although we do offer wait time as an option (additional fees apply). During the reservation process we asked for a estimated pickup and/or return time. We will use the provided time as the anticipated pickup time but we WILL NOT send a driver until dispatched is called at 619-885-3737 to confirm the passenger is ready for pickup.

Yes, we are covered by a $1,000,000 commercial auto policy and have $2,000,000 in general liability coverage.
Of course! Service members and educators are eligible for a *10% discount upon request (applies to passenger only). Additionally, we offer reduced rates for reoccurring reservations (dialysis, chemo, etc).

No. If you are looking for the cheapest option Uber and Lyft are your best bet. However, if you’re seeking quality transport at a reasonable rate we’re Happy2Help!
